Measure and Report on Volunteer Activity

Reports can be broad based covering the entire agency or narrowly focused to report on an activity category or single activity. Most are available as a total between two dates and as a monthly report starting on any month .Relevant reports include the number of hours, the number of volunteers and the average number of hours per volunteer. Where applicable, the reports have bar and pie charts to illustrate the data. All Activity Level reports can be exported in a variety of formats including:

PDF - best for printing to emailing to others
Excel - handy for combining with other data or doing additional data analysis 
MHTML - for publishing text and graphics together in a web page format
JPG -  for cropping out graphs for use in your website
TIFF - for creating an image for use in print materials


Create lists of volunteers according to;
interests,
assignments,
qualifications,
custom fields;
dates on the schedule,
number of hours worked,
or any combination of the above.


Report on activity between any two dates

Organization Reports - Activity Category Totals			shows totals for each activity category and graphs the results
Organization Reports - Activity Totals			shows hours for each activity and subtotals for each activity category
Activity Category Reports - Category & Activity Totals			shows totals for each activity within a category and graphs the results
Activity Reports - Volunteer Totals			volunteers who worked at the activity along with the number of hours each worked
			sorted by last name or number of hours
Volunteer Reports - Volunteer Totals			list of all volunteers who worked more that a specified number of hours at any activity, along with the number of hours each worked
Volunteer Reports - Individual Volunteer			sorted by last name or number of hours
			list of all activities worked by a single volunteer and the number of hours worked at each activity and activity category

Report on activity month by month over one year

Organization Reports - Monthly Grand Totals			shows monthly subtotals for the entire agency and graphs the results
Organization Reports - Category Totals By Month			shows monthly subtotals for each activity category and graphs the results
Organization Reports - Activity Totals By Month			shows monthly subtotals for each activity and totals for each activity category and graphs the results
Activity Category Reports - Monthly Activity Category & Activity Totals			shows monthly subtotals for each activity within a category and graphs the results and graphs the results
