Creating Activities Helps Recruit, Schedule and Track Hours

Customizing the software with your own activities is very easy. With one single process, adding an activity into the software will add it to:

the schedule template,
the volunteer profile section in Volunteer Impact,
MyVolunteerPage.com for your volunteers to see (optional),
a community database of activities (optional - The Community Hub software must be in place in your community).   


Activities can be grouped together in categorizes for reporting. An activity category report will show the total of hours and number of volunteers in the category along with subtotals for all the activities in the category.

You can manage different types of activities with Volunteer Impact, including:
activities with no schedule associated with them,
activities done on the volunteer's own time but within two specific dates,
activities that occur only once on a specific date,
activities that recur based on some pattern.
