Volunteer Umbrella: Searching Volunteer Profiles Finding the Right Volunteers Branches can search through their own set of volunteers and Umbrella administrators can search through all volunteers. Generate a list of just the right volunteers is a snap. Each branch / department can search through its own list of volunteers and the Volunteer Umbrella administrators can search through the entire list of volunteers.

Individual branch / department administrators can find volunteers from their roster by searching based on:
Name, address and contact information
Interest in an activity category (group of activities related to each other such as a special event)
Interested in a particular activity
Qualified for a particular activity
Availability for an activity or even a particular shift of an activity
Information stored in the unique county general custom fields or the umbrella common custom fields
Information stored in the unique county qualification fields or the umbrella common qualification fields
The number of hours worked by the volunteers
The dates that volunteers are on the schedule or not on the schedule
Committee membership
Volunteer birthdays
The Volunteer Umbrella administrator can find volunteers from any branch / department by searching based on:
Name, address and contact information
Information stored in the umbrella common custom fields
Information stored in the umbrella common qualification fields
