Hours of Service Reports
Hours of service reports can be customized by date range, granularity (eg all roles in the organization or just one) and by filtering on demographic data. These are available as a total between two dates, a comparison between two sets of dates and as a monthly comparison report starting on any month.
Relevant reports include the number of hours, the number of volunteers and the average number of hours per volunteer. Where applicable, the reports have bar charts to illustrate the data.
Branches/departments can generate reports based on their own branch / department. The Volunteer Impact Enterprise administrator can generate reports across all branches/departments.

Outcome Reports
More and more these days volunteer managers are being asked to provide data on the results of the volunteer efforts.
With Volunteer Impact you can ask volunteers to record what they accomplished as well as how long they worked. When it comes to seeking funding for your volunteer program, reporting on results goes a long way to convince funders of the value of volunteerism at your organization. Where applicable, the reports have bar charts to illustrate the data.
Each branch administrator can create their own set of outcomes to measure; and administrators at the Volunteer Impact Enterprise level can create measurable outcomes across any or all branches/departments. |

All hours and outcome reports can be exported in a variety of formats including:
- PDF - best for printing and emailing to others
- Excel - handy for combining with other data or doing additional data analysis
- MS Word – great for text editing or adding additional graphics

List Reports

You can create a list of volunteers by searching based on:
- Address fields
- Interest in a general type of role
- General availability by day and time of day
- Qualified for a particular activity
- Availability for a role or even a particular shift of an role
- Information stored in the unique general custom fields
- Information stored in the unique custom qualification fields
- The number of hours worked by the volunteers
- The dates that volunteers are on the schedule or not on the schedule
- Committee membership
- Volunteer birthdays
- Anniversaries of service
