Provide us with a graphic banner and we will place it at the top of pages that are accessed by your volunteers.
Control how each custom field functions in the volunteers’ web access
- Volunteers cannot see that a field exists, or
- Volunteers can see the information you have but not change it, or
- Volunteers can change the information in this field but you have to verify each change they make, or
- Volunteers can edit the information in this field without verification.

Volunteers can:
- Sign up from a link placed on your website
- Complete electronic volunteer application form customized for your use
- Update their profiles (within the limitations set by you)
- Record their own hours and see reports on their own hours (You have the option of verifying the hours of selected volunteers or all volunteers.)
- Record outcomes related to their volunteer shift (e.g. planted 325 trees)
- Indicate their general availability to volunteer (days of the week and times of the day)
- Indicate their general interests (all customizable by you)
- Confirm and check back on their schedule at any time
- Reach out to their friends through a variety of social media sites about volunteering for your organization, and include a link into your volunteer application form
