Reports can be broad based covering the entire agency or narrowly focused to report on an activity category or single activity. Most are available as a total between two dates and as a monthly report starting on any month. Relevant reports include the number of hours, the number of volunteers and the average number of hours per volunteer. Where applicable, the reports have bar and pie charts to illustrate the data.

Outcomes

More and more these days volunteer managers are being asked to provide data on the results of the volunteer efforts. • Excel - handy for combining with other data or doing additional data analysis
• MHTML - for publishing text and graphics together in a web page format
• JPG -  for cropping out graphs for use in your website
• TIFF - for creating an image for use in print materials
